A solar pumping system is more than a pump and an inverter. These are the parts that carry the water, connect the borehole to the surface and bring the array wiring together — and each one is settled by the installation it goes into.

Each part below has one place in a pumping system and one reason to be there. What that part has to be is decided by the installation it goes into.
Generates the DC power the system runs on. The array is sized around the pump duty and the site, and the modules are confirmed as part of the same selection as the pump and the inverter.
Holds the array at the angle and orientation the site calls for, on the ground or on a frame. It is part of the array design rather than a separate purchase.
Sits between the array and the inverter. It gathers the array wiring into one point before the power reaches the inverter, so the array is connected in an orderly way instead of every run being taken separately to the inverter.
Joins the module strings and brings the array wiring to the combiner box. Supplied with the array wiring rather than chosen on its own.
Carries DC power from the array to the inverter along the route it takes. Length and cross-section follow the array layout on the site.
Fitted between the inverter and the pump where the cable run or the motor calls for it. It conditions the inverter output for the pump over the run it is installed in.
Connects the pump in the borehole to the inverter at the surface and travels the whole depth with the pump. It is the part that stays permanently under water.
Carries the water from the pump to the tank or the point of use, buried along the route or laid above ground. It is the part that has to hold the pressure the pump produces over that distance.
None of these parts is picked from a list. Part, size and material are confirmed against the selected pump and the site.
