What to send so the answer
is about your installation.
Four things turn a description into something an engineer can work from.
- What the system does now and what it does not do: the pump running, the water arriving, the fault the inverter shows.
- The readings taken on site — the output measured, and the voltage and current at the array and at the pump.
- The parameter list read from the inverter.
- Photographs of the pump nameplate and of the wiring as it is installed.

Straight answers.
What is asked for before a download?
The files are written for the people who work with this equipment, and an email address, a WhatsApp number and a company name tell us who is reading them. Give those three — your name and your country can be left open — and the file is handed over immediately, with no account and no password; your details are used only to answer this request.
The system runs but the output is low. What do you need?
The duty point the system was selected for, what it is doing now, the water output measured on site and the parameter list from the inverter. Those four describe the difference.
Can you help with a pump that was not bought from HOBER?
Send the pump and motor nameplate details and the site information. We say what can be supported rather than guessing from a description.
Is a system supported after it has been commissioned?
Commissioning is the start of support rather than the end of the project. The questions that come afterwards are answered from the configuration that was supplied.
Where do I send the question?
Send it through the inquiry form, or reply to the email thread from your order. Include the model, the site details and what the system is doing now.
Can certificates or tender documents be provided?
List the certificates or test documents the tender or the customs process requires, and what can be provided for that order is confirmed before it is placed. Certificates are not published as a library.
